WARP Transnational Project Meeting | Day 1
On 13 November 2025, the WARP consortium came together for the first day of the Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by Universum International College.
The day focused on alignment, shared understanding, and strategic groundwork, beginning with a welcome by the host organisation and an overview of the project’s current status by the Project Coordinator.
Partners then engaged in in-depth discussions around WP1, including the presentation of Deliverables 1.1 and 1.2, followed by a detailed exploration of the structure and content of Deliverable 1.3, led by NTUA. These sessions supported a common understanding of the analytical and conceptual foundations of the project.
In the afternoon, ReadLab introduced WP2, presenting the proposed approach for capacity-building intervention development, including the design and delivery of a Virtual Collaboration and Training Space and the creation of Open Educational Resources.
The day concluded with a collaborative working session, where all partners contributed to shaping a preliminary distribution of tasks and responsibilities related to WP2 and WP3, setting the basis for coordinated implementation in the coming months.

WARP Transnational Project Meeting | Day 2
On 14 November 2025, the second day of the WARP Transnational Project Meeting focused on quality, visibility, coordination, and sustainability, consolidating the work initiated on Day 1.
The day opened with the presentation of WP4 – Quality Assurance, led by ReadLab, including the Quality Assurance Plan and the mechanisms that will support continuous monitoring and quality across project activities and outputs.
This was followed by the presentation of WP5 – Dissemination and Exploitation, where UNI introduced the Joint Dissemination and Sustainability Strategy, outlining the project’s approach to visibility, impact, and long-term use of results.
Partners then jointly discussed and agreed on project general meetings and the learnings calendar, ensuring coordination and shared timelines across work packages.
The meeting continued with a dedicated session on continuous reporting tools, covering interim and final reporting procedures, as well as key aspects of financial management, presented by the Project Coordinator.
The TPM concluded with a collective evaluation of the meeting, led by ReadLab, and the formal closure of the sessions, marking a strong foundation for the next implementation phase of the WARP project.
