ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Waste and Recycling Practices for Dual Transition in Vocational Education (WARP) project is an initiative designed to enhance vocational education within the Western Balkans. It focuses on empowering VET trainers with essential digital and green competencies to manage plastic waste sustainably and innovate in recycling practices. The project is driven by a consortium comprising 9 partners from 4 countries: Albania, Kosovo, Greece, and Spain.

The WARP project envisions a systematic, holistic, and innovative advancement in the Vocational Education and Training landscape of the target countries, impacting society at large. Its goal is to cultivate awareness and innovation in Sustainable Waste and Recycling Management practices and methodologies by improving the capacity of VET providers. This involves educating trainers and relevant societal, governmental, and professional stakeholders on implementing effective solutions to the urgent environmental challenge of plastic pollution.
